Amalia Home Collection is a fourth-generation family business, the result of 100 years of experience and legacy in the textile industry. Its roots date back to 1922, when some of the original factories in northern Portugal began producing goods that embodied European quality and craftsmanship. Today, many of the same methods and techniques used over decades are combined with modern innovation, resulting in high-quality luxury products. Worldwide, “Made in Portugal” is a symbol of quality and reliability. Purchasing one of our products not only guarantees quality but also signifies that it was produced in a socially and environmentally responsible environment. The name Amália was inspired by Maria Amália, the beloved great-grandmother of António Coelho Lima, one of the founders of Amalia Home Collection. The name Amália is also deeply connected to the Portuguese soul, belonging to one of Portugal’s most iconic and cherished figures, Amália Rodrigues, who moved the world through Fado, the renowned Portuguese musical expression. Our collections embody all that soul, love, and beauty.
