Facol specializes in an intermediate stage of the textile value chain (dyeing), offering a wide range of services and clearly standing out from the competition by dyeing any type of yarn and fiber (more than 100 varieties of yarns in cotton, polyester, viscose, lyocell, linen, lycra, and fiber blends), constantly striving to evolve and improve its manufacturing processes and the quality of the final product. Facol is also dedicated to the commercialization of dyed textile yarns for the textile industry and complements its offering with services such as Winding, Sizing, and Twisting. The company also provides a range of specialized treatments, including Flame Retardant and Water-Repellent treatments, which respectively enhance the fire resistance and impermeability of textile yarns, as well as an Antibacterial treatment resistant to repeated washes. Multicolor dyeing services are also available. Over its 40 years of operation, Facol has introduced various improvements in its production layout, created production support services, established a laboratory, and installed new technologies. In 2013, the company began the development of a new unit to optimize its production process, increase capacity, and achieve improvements in energy and water consumption, enhancing environmental performance and reducing production times. All of this aims to optimize results and ensure the reliability of the service provided to a loyal client base.
