Fonte & Faria – Confeções, Lda was founded in April 1994 by two partners: José Faria and Manuel Fonte. In 1996, Manuel Fonte transferred his share to Elvira Faria. In 2004, José Faria assumed full ownership of the company and established it as a sole proprietorship. In 2006, the company moved to its own facilities, which allowed for increased capacity and better working conditions for its employees. In 2015, Fonte & Faria invested in new, larger, and more modern facilities, enabling better organization of processes and, consequently, higher production capacity. The new facilities, with a covered production area of 1,200 m² and 200 m² of office space, currently allow Fonte & Faria to produce approximately 4,000 pieces per day. We have a large and varied number of sewing machines, providing great versatility in the types of garments we can manufacture. Our sewing machines are modern and equipped with the latest technology, allowing for higher quality and faster execution of garments. The extensive technical knowledge of our employees ensures high-quality standards in our production. Currently, we are prepared for a daily production of around 4,000 pieces.
