JOAPS Malhas began its operations in May 1996 and is equipped for the production and commercialization of high-quality knitwear for both inner and outerwear. The company relies on a highly experienced team with deep knowledge of the textile industry. In 2001, the company strategically evolved by strengthening its quality component through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. This system not only brought internal advantages but also external benefits, improving the quality of products and services delivered to clients. During the same period, JOAPS Malhas moved to modern industrial facilities in Joane, within the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão, a region with a strong textile tradition. Since its foundation, the company has focused on technological updates, staff training, and continuous market monitoring—key factors for maintaining a strong competitive position.
