LAMEIRINHO began its business in weaving, starting with just two mechanical looms in the 1940s and gradually expanding to around 140 looms over the years. From its facilities in Guimarães, covering approximately 200,000 m², the company produces home textile products for some of the most renowned international brands. As an almost fully vertical company, LAMEIRINHO manages the entire process from weaving to the dispatch of its products. With a production capacity of around 5 million pieces annually, the company has a presence across all five continents. The range of fabrics LAMEIRINHO works with is extensive, including satins, percales, and flannels, as well as yarn-dyed fabrics and jacquards. These fabrics can be produced not only in 100% cotton but also in other fibers and blends such as polyester, bamboo, cashmere, silk, linen, Tencel, and modal. Fabric finishing is extremely important to LAMEIRINHO, with the softness and delicacy of the touch setting its products apart.
