I have an existing sample. Can you document it?

Yes. Send clear photos of the front, back, and any detail areas (labels, seams, hardware) along with your measurements. We'll document the construction and produce the full spec pack from that.

What do I need to provide?

After payment we send you a brief intake form by email. It asks for reference images or sketches, your measurements, fabric type or references, trims and hardware details, and colorway information. Most brands complete it in under 20 minutes.

How many revisions are included?

2 to 3 revision rounds are included in the €79 fee. In practice, most tech packs are finalised within 2 rounds. If your brief changes significantly mid-revision (new fabric, major construction change), that may count as a fresh brief rather than a revision.

Does this include fabric sourcing or production placement?

No. The tech pack covers construction documentation only. If you need fabric sourcing or want to place production with a factory in our group after your tech pack is ready, get in contact and we'll discuss next steps.

Will factories in the Portugal Clothing Factory group accept this format?

Yes. All 80 factories in our group work with this format. If you use this service and then come to us for production placement, the brief intake step is already done, which speeds up assignment considerably.

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout. We follow up within one business day with the brief intake form. Once you return it with your references and measurements, production of your tech pack begins and you'll receive it within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I order tech packs for multiple styles?

Yes, each style is €79. If you're ordering three or more styles at the same time, get in contact before purchasing and we can discuss a bundle arrangement.
