Do you take commissions from the factories?
No. Every plan is a flat fee paid by you. Factories never pay us, and we don't take kickbacks. This is the only way our factory recommendations stay honest.
What's the difference between the €39 Directory and the €490 Sourcing service?
The Directory (€39) gives you all 80+ factories and you do the outreach. Sourcing (€490) is done-for-you. We pick the 3 factories best matched to your brief, warm-intro you, and confirm MOQ/pricing before you email. Buy the Directory if you want full control; book Sourcing if you want to skip 6 weeks of trial and error.
Can I buy a Tech Pack without the Sourcing or Consulting?
Yes. Tech Pack Creation is €290 per style, standalone. Most founders buy it before their first factory conversation. A solid tech pack turns "thanks, we'll pass" into "here's a quote."
How long do projects take?
Factory Sourcing: 7 days to match and intro. Tech Pack: 5 to 7 working days per style (including 2 revision rounds). Consulting: 4-week engagement, starts within a week of booking.
Who is this NOT for?
Brands needing 10,000+ units at the lowest possible price (Portugal isn't that market). Footwear, bags, or hard-good producers (we only do apparel). Fast-fashion drop-ship (we only work with founders building real brands).
Refunds?
Tech Pack and Consulting: 100% refundable before work starts. Sourcing: 50% refundable before intros are made, 0% after, because the intros are the deliverable. No hidden fees.
