Send your design or brief, and our team places and manages production with a selected Portuguese partner factory that sews your own labels, trims and packaging into every piece. Minimums start from 50–100 pieces per style and colour; jersey styles take 2 to 3 weeks to sample and 5 to 7 weeks to produce. The partner factory invoices production.

Planning costs per piece: t-shirt €6–11, polo €9–15, hoodie €14–24, shirt €15–28, dress €18–38. At 50–100 pieces the calculator adds 55% to the base; at 100–300 it adds 20%.

Costs are the base ranges from our free cost calculator: per piece, ex-factory, excluding VAT, at 300–500 units with mid-range fabric and standard complexity. Your tech pack sets the final quote.

Blank-to-branded vs custom

Two ways to put your label on clothing

Private label means one of two things, and the choice sets your minimum, your timeline and how much of the garment is really yours.

  • Blank-to-branded: a ready base style with your labels, print or embroidery added. Faster, but the fit and fabric are someone else’s.
  • Custom cut and sew: your pattern, fabric and measurements, with your labels sewn in from the start.
  • We place cut-and-sew production to your spec. Want to adapt an existing base style instead? Say so in your brief and we confirm in writing whether a partner has one that fits.
  • Either way, minimums start from 50–100 pieces per style and colour.

How it works

How a private label order runs

  1. Send your brief

Styles, quantities, and what carries your brand: labels, tags, print, embroidery, packaging. Free, reply within 24 hours.

  2. Designer sketching technical flats in a notebook

    Lock the spec

Measurements, fabric, trims and label positions go in the tech pack. No tech pack? Ours costs €79, ready in 3–5 working days with 2–3 revision rounds.

  3. Placed with a partner factory

We place the brief with a selected Portuguese partner factory suited to your product, and our team manages development, sampling, quality control and communication. Our fee is quoted in writing before any work starts, and it never depends on order size.

  4. Sample room with rows of sewing machines

    Sample with your labels

Around 2 to 3 weeks. Check the fit, the label positions and the trims on the sample before you approve.

  5. Operator handling finished pieces on a sewing line

    Produce, pack and ship

Production time depends on the category, 5 to 7 weeks for jersey. The partner factory invoices samples and production.

Tech pack: 3–5 working days, 2–3 revision rounds.
