What we make

Tank tops we produce

The numbers to plan around

  • Minimum order50–100 piecesper style and colour, agreed case by case
  • Lead time5 to 7 weeksSampling (2 to 3 weeks) comes first
  • CertificationsGOTS, OEKO‑TEXHeld by the partner factory: name it in your brief
  • Planning cost€6–11per piece, t-shirt base

Our calculator has no separate tank line, so plan on the t-shirt base. Screen print adds about €1.40 a unit, embroidery €1.80, a wash or dye treatment €2.50.

Costs are the base ranges from our free cost calculator: per piece, ex-factory, excluding VAT, at 300–500 units with mid-range fabric and standard complexity. Your tech pack sets the final quote.

Ribbed tanks

Ribbed tanks: the details that decide the fit

A rib tank looks simple, but the rib, the armhole finish and the length do all the work. These are the points our team checks in your tech pack before a sample is cut.

  • 1x1 rib for a fine, smooth rib; 2x2 rib for a bolder texture
  • Neck and armholes bound with self-fabric, or turned and coverstitched
  • Body length and armhole depth set by size in your measurement table
  • Stretch and recovery checked on the sample after washing

Where it’s made

Where tank tops are made

Jersey and rib are knitted before they are cut, so tank tops are made in the same northern towns as t-shirts, close to the mills that supply the fabric.

How it works

How a tank top order runs

  1. Send your brief

Styles, jersey or rib, colours, print or embroidery, and quantities. Free, reply within 24 hours.

  2. Designer sketching technical flats in a notebook

    Lock the spec

Measurements, armhole depth, binding and print placement decide the quote. No tech pack? Ours costs €79, ready in 3–5 working days with 2–3 revision rounds.

  3. Placed with a jersey partner

We place the brief with a Portuguese jersey partner factory that works in your fabric, and our team manages it from sample to delivery. Our fee is quoted in writing before any work starts, and it never depends on order size.

  4. Sample room with rows of sewing machines

    Sample and approve

Around 2 to 3 weeks for a sample. Wash it, wear it, check the armholes and the rib recovery before you approve.

  5. Operator handling finished pieces on a sewing line

    Produce and ship

Around 5 to 7 weeks of production. The partner factory invoices samples and production; we invoice only our own services.
