What is the minimum order for activewear?

Activewear starts from 200 units per style in our group, higher than the 100-unit floor for jersey basics. If you are testing a single hero piece, say so in your brief and we tell you honestly whether it fits.

What does activewear cost to make in Portugal?

The cost calculator gives €12–24 per piece ex-factory for technical-knit activewear at 300–500 units, mid fabric and standard complexity. Recycled or certified fabric and extra panels push it up.

How long does activewear take to produce?

Our benchmark is 7 to 9 weeks of production, after a sample round of 2 to 3 weeks. Seasonal launch? Work back from the date and brief us at least 12 weeks before.

Can I get recycled or bluesign fabrics?

What should an activewear brief include?

Fabric composition and weight (or a reference garment), how much support or compression you want, seam type, waistband build, size range and logo method. The more precise the brief, the fewer sample rounds you pay for.

Spec the stretch
Fabric composition, seam type, elastic and size grading matter more here than in any other category. A factory-ready tech pack costs €79, done in 3–5 working days.
Matched to a technical factory
We route your brief to a factory in our group set up for 4-way stretch and technical finishing. Our fee is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Sample, then move in it
A sample usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Squat, stretch and wash it: opacity and recovery show up fast.
Production
Plan for 7 to 9 weeks. The factory invoices you directly, no commission on your order.
