What to plan a uniform order around

  • Minimum order100 unitsper style
  • Logo brandingEmbroidery or printIn the same order
  • ReordersPatterns keptSame uniform for new staff
  • Protective wearCertificate firstShared with your quote, before you order

There is no price list: uniforms are quoted on your brief, because the garment mix, fabric, sizes and branding all move the price. Our fee is quoted in writing after we read your brief, before any work starts, and the factory bills you directly for production.

Protective and hi-vis workwear

Certified workwear, made to the standard you need

Hi-vis and flame-resistant garments are only as good as their certificate. Tell us the standard your site or client requires: the certificate for the exact fabric and garment is shared with your quote, before you place the order.

  • Name the standard in your brief. Buyers in Europe usually ask for EN ISO 20471 (hi-vis), EN ISO 11612 (heat and flame) or EN 343 (rain); buyers in the US for ANSI/ISEA 107 (hi-vis) or NFPA 2112 (flame-resistant).
  • Certificate before the order. The certificate that covers the exact fabric and garment you are buying comes with the quote, so you can check it before you commit.
  • The garment, not just the fabric. In the EU, hi-vis and flame-resistant clothing is personal protective equipment under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, so the finished garment needs its own EU type-examination certificate. A certified fabric alone is not enough.
  • Your logo on protective wear too. Embroidery or print is part of the same order. On certified garments, the logo size and position are agreed upfront so the garment stays within its certificate.
  • Check the details. Make sure the certificate names the garment and fabric you are ordering and is still valid on your delivery date.

How it works

How a uniform order runs

  1. Send your brief

Garments, roles, quantities per size, your logo and any standard you need. Free, and our team replies within 24 hours.

  2. Designer sketching technical flats in a notebook

    Pin down the spec

Fabric, fit, colors, logo position and method. If you only have a current uniform or a photo, our €79 tech pack turns it into a factory-ready spec in 3–5 working days, with 2–3 revision rounds.

  3. Placed with the right factory

We place and manage your programme with the factory in our group built for those garments. Our fee is quoted in writing after we read your brief, before any work starts.

  4. Sample room with dress forms and finished samples

    Samples and certificates

You approve a sample of each style with the logo applied. For protective wear, the certificate for the exact fabric and garment comes with the quote, before you order.

  5. Worker sorting finished garments on a table

    Production and reorders

The factory invoices you directly, with no commission on your order. Your patterns and specs are kept, so a reorder for new staff starts from the approved spec.

Tech pack: 3–5 working days, 2–3 revision rounds.
